• Upstream
  PhosAgro uses its own deposits containing apatite-nepheline ore of magmatic origin to ensure 100% self-sufficiency when it comes to the production of phosphate rock (apatite concentrate that is extremely rich in P₂O₅)
• Downstream
  Ongoing investments in the upgrade of beneficiation capacities coupled with the implementation of advanced technologies and best practices have helped PhosAgro become one of the world’s leading producers of high-grade apatite concentrate. The recovery rate for the nutrient-rich apatite concentrate comes in at above 94%, while fertilizers made from such phosphate rock rank among the world's safest.
• Production
  We produce 39  grades of phosphate-based and nitrogen fertilizers, along with ammonia and feed phosphates, at our three production sites in Russia. We plan to expand our product offering further to hit 50 grades and ramp up our output from 9  to 11.5  mtpa by 2025.
• Sales
  We produce a full range of fertilizers catering to farmers in Russia and CIS. On top of that, we also offer relevant services such as crop yield management.
• Logistics
  Our in-house logistics infrastructure guarantees sustainable supplies. We operate 30 warehouses, rolling stock of 8 800 freight railcars, and a transhipment terminal in the port of Ust-Luga.
• Distribution
  PhosAgro is the leading supplier of mineral fertilizers in the Russian market, with an extensive distribution network and offices in the country’s major agricultural centres: the Stavropol and Krasnodar Territories, Siberia, and the Russian Far East.
• Creating value
  We seek to be a supplier of choice for farmers looking to boost their crop output and make sure that food products and crops they are made from are healthy. We produce our fertilizers from eco-friendly feedstock, which helps bring healthy and safe food products to end consumers.
